Model SEMI-PAXY - For Plate, Angle, and Channel
This is an X-Y coordinate positioning table utilizing your choice of either a Fagor 102 CNC
Control or an optional Windows-based touch-screen control with GekaPro PC software. The Semi-Paxy may be factory fitted
onto any GEKA Ironworker or Single-End Punching machine with a 20" or larger throat.
Easy to operate, the operator enters the hole punch positions into the control. The program
moves the guides to the first hole position. The operator places the material against the guide stops and punches the first
hole. The guides then move automatically to the next punching position, according to the programmed information. The
operator repositions the material against the guide stops and punches the second hole. This operation is repeated until
program is finished. Just think of the time saved, no more measuring and marking and layout work.
Standard x-axis is 1-meter (other optional lengths available) and y-axis travel of
400mm and 500mm with axis speeds of 0-12m/min. and repeatability of .2mm.
Adding the optional ALRS means you can have even more flexibility. GEKA's ALRS is a
CNC-controlled automatic flat bar feeding and shearing system, which can be mounted on the GEKA Hydracrop 80, 110, 165,
or 220 Dual-cylinder Ironworkers.
This system is designed to feed flat bars automatically (using the CNC control and
conveyor with hydraulic hold down) to the shearing station on the GEKA Hydracrop Ironworkers and eliminates the layout
and manual positioning of the material resulting in a substantial savings in time and an increase in productivity and
